I am focused on representing you, listening to your specific needs and creating a plan that suits your unique real estate goals.  I will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), which includes the most recent comparable sales of active, pending, and sold properties.  I will share my knowledge of local market dynamics, insights, and current trends, and establish a pricing strategy that attracts as many buyers as possible.  (Properly priced homes sell quickly, tend to attract multiple offers, and could sell higher than the listing price).  We will create a plan to prep your home for the market and discuss improvements that maximize your return while being cost conscious.  I will explain and go over all aspects of the visual and digital marketing plan with you.  We will focus on highlighting the best features of your property through professional staging, photography, videography, high-quality digital ads, a custom website, distribution to popular real estate websites, and in-depth marketing strategies.  I will hold at least two open houses and host a broker’s tour to ensure your home gets the attention it deserves from qualified buyers.
